I bought two bags . One had a lining fused to the leather on the inside. I thought the other one would also have that same feature (which I liked) , but it didnt. Maybe its just a personal choice thing , I dont know. I doubt that it would affect the wear and tear on the bag itself. I have had many complements when I use my bag and inquiries about where I purchased it. I am only too happy to tell them because I was very impressed with how business like the company is and how they encouraged people to let them know if there is anything they feel isnt just right.
